How Does our Pricing System Work?
Starting at just $6 per person per hour
All AP Bar Services packages include:
Premium Mixers, ice, and garnishes
Disposable cup ware of your choice
Full setup + breakdown (Staffing fee separate)
All bar tools & equipment
Basic menu design
Liquor purchased separately by client. Average event is 4 hours. Additional 10% Service Charge added on per event.
Staffing Fees
Mixologist Staffing
$350 per mixologist
Covers events up to 5 hours
(Includes setup, service, and breakdown)
Additional Hours
$25 per extra hour
Charged per mixologist after the 5-hour mark

Disposable cup ware is recommended for most events and the choice is yours! We offer 3 packages: Basic, Premium, and Platinum. Prices for basic start at $.10 per person/hour and platinum could be $2.00+ per person/hour.

Certainly! We offer headshots of our staff upon request and you may choose your mixologist for an additional fee. Premiums to choose a personal mixologist start at $200 based on availability.

1 Mixologist per 30-50 people is recommended. Our staff is all professionally trained to handle high volume environments.

Our staffing team will make a comprehensive list of all the liquor and alcoholic beverages you need. We will send over a file for you to purchase from a distributor of your choice and we will pickup from location for an additional fee.
